On Becoming Your HR Department

We have businesses and municipalities who retain us to serve as their HR Department because they wanted human resource assistance, but could not cost or time justify a full-time professional on staff.

  • Professional HR Assistance – We have experience, knowledge, and certification within the profession – something you won’t get by assigning human resource tasks to someone in your office who has other primary responsibilities.
  • Part-Time and As-Needed – We can schedule a set number of hours per week or per month to dedicate to your HR needs, or we can be available to you on an as-needed basis.
  • On-Site / On-Call – Some clients prefer that we regularly schedule time on-site to manage their HR functions. Others call us to assist with problems and issues when they arise.
